We would like to reassure you that the clinic will remain OPEN during this period in accordance with Government and Professional Association guidelines, so your care and treatment plans will not be disrupted. The Government have encouraged the public to continue attending their routine and necessary healthcare appointments, with a visit to Tivoli Chiropractic Clinic deemed an essential medical appointment.
Our strict COVID procedures outlined by Public Health England have been well and truly rehearsed since reopening in May, making them feel very much part of our new normal. We have carried out comprehensive risk assessments and are following thorough cleaning and hygiene protocols. Our practitioners are in full PPE of surgical masks, face visors, single-use gloves and apron. We require ALL patients entering the clinic to wear a mask, which we can supply you with at the additional cost of £1. You will be phoned by a member of the team on the day of your first visit to carry out a screening process, whilst informing you of how your visit to the clinic and future ones will run.
Please do NOT attend the clinic if:
- You or any member of your household are showing any signs and symptoms of COVID or had a positive test.
- You have come into contact with someone with symptoms or who has had a positive test.
- You have been abroad to any country that requires you to quarantine on your return.
By attending the clinic, you are confirming that none of the above statements apply to you from the day, and 2 weeks prior to your appointment. If you have a unique situation and need some guidance as to whether or not you should attend, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss this or ask any further questions. We are happy to re-arrange your appointment, with no late cancellation charge if you find your COVID situation changes last minute.
