Membership Terms and Conditions:
Membership benefits and discounts cannot be combined with other offers or promotions, and are non-transferable.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you cannot attend an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a 50% charge.
Membership may be cancelled at any time, provided at least 5 working days’ notice is given before your next payment. Please email manager@tivolichiropractic.co.uk to cancel. Cancellation ends all membership benefits and any future appointments will be charged at the pay-as-you-go rate.
Refund requests must be submitted to manager@tivolichiropractic.co.uk within 180 days of the most recent payment date. Refunds do not apply to services already provided.
A £2.00 administration fee may apply for failed direct debit payments where charges have been incurred.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
Payments are processed securely via London & Zurich and are covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee. All processing complies with UK GDPR laws and the Data Protection Act 2018.
