Our Team
Nadene Lidington
DC M(Chiro)
Doctor of Chiropractic
Clinic Director
Nadene’s passion in helping people continues to grow with each year of clinical experience. Since qualifying from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in 2015, she regularly attends seminars that widens the skills within her manual toolbox. This allows her to create a special combined approach that is unique for every patient. Her main objective when opening Tivoli Chiropractic Clinic in 2018, was to create a space that allows each person to have the time and attention they need, with genuine and authentic care.
Her honest and upfront approach means you will be treated and recommended to as if family. Nadene believes that the body works as one and pain can be influenced by emotional, chemical and physical factors. Her aim is to find the root cause of the problem and educate her patients to understand the reasons for their condition and biomechanics to prevent reoccurrence. She believes and practices regular maintenance care, as it’s realistic to accept that lifestyle perfection does not exist. Regular treatment helps achieve optimal function and prevents compensations when life gets in the way of health habits.
Having experienced a number of bio-mechanical problems since being a teenager, Nadene has enhanced her ability to relate to patients, help set realistic goals and manage the psychological factors that come with injury and pain. Nadene has carried out specialistic training in pregnancy care, hyper-mobility and pain perception pathways. With a personal interest in functional gut health and exercise, she is able to help her patients beyond standard Chiropractic care.
In her spare time, Nadene enjoys long country walks with her dog Kali, travelling the world and renovating properties.
McCoy Tinsey
DC M(Chiro)
Doctor of Chiropractic
McCoy was inspired to become a Chiropractor and help others from a young age, and in 2016 she graduated with a Distinction from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic.
McCoy worked near Lincoln for a year, but returned to her home town in 2017, and has since been helping the community of Gloucestershire feel at their best through Chiropractic care.
McCoy is passionate about addressing the underlying cause of a complaint by treating the body as a whole and working with patients to get their body out of pain and improve function, so that they are able to achieve their goals. She also enjoys discussing lifestyle adjustments, including exercise, nutrition and wellbeing allowing patients to feel great again.
McCoy continually expands her knowledge and skills, and has taken further study in Sacro-occipital technique, Diversified and Activator techniques, as well as soft tissue treatments and sports taping so that she is able to treat a wide range of conditions.
Away from the clinic, McCoy enjoys staying healthy, keeping active, and leads a plant-based lifestyle to help look after herself and the planet.
Katie Green
DC M(Chiro)
Doctor of Chiropractic
Katie has always wanted to work within healthcare. After experiencing many years of joint problems, it was her childhood Chiropractor who diagnosed the condition. Having experienced first hand the impact that Chiropractic care can have, she knew it was what she wanted to pursue with her career.
Katie believes the continuity of care with her Chiropractor was vital in getting to the root cause of her pain, and this is something that has only been reinforced since qualifying and experiencing a Chiropractor’s perspective.
After graduating with a First Class Honours degree and a Masters in Chiropractic from the AECC University College, she found that taking the time and care to develop an individually tailored treatment programme and build a relationship with her patients is paramount. Not only is it integral to working with them towards their own specific goals, but she also finds it one of the most rewarding parts of her job.
Chiropractic, and healthcare as a whole is continually evolving. Katie is committed to lifelong learning to ensure the best level of care for her patients.
When she isn’t working Katie loves getting out in nature and rowing, or taking it easier with a good book, finding new coffee spots and doing some baking.

What Our Patients Say
Sarah
Nadene is lovely. She’ll treat you and work with you to prevent recurrence. She’s patient and professional and has a real understanding for the complexity of problems and that occasionally a multidisciplinary approach is best. It’s wonderful to have a chiropractor who I can trust to genuinely help, one who genuinely cares and who’s great fun too!
Stef
I highly rate both Nadene and JJ. Nadene has helped me through chronic back pain and I am now back out running and horse riding with no pain. I would not be without Nadene now, friendly, caring and professional service.
Kim
I can only speak extremely positively about the team at Tivoli. I have seen Gabby for a number of sessions and my neck pain and hip flexor issues have noticeably improved. Gabby communicates so clearly and gave me great exercises to do at home. I particularly appreciate her long-term outlook to ensure I’ll be able to manage myself in the long run. Excellent!
Helen
After suffering years of lower back pain following an injury, I am now experiencing more mobility and hardly any pain. The care and treatment I have received from McCoy has been excellent and my only regret is not coming here sooner! I cannot recommend Tivoli Chiropractic Clinic enough.
David
So impressed! I have used various clinics over the years as i have moved around the country but this is definitely my favourite. Nadene takes time and a genuine interest in you and your symptoms, and has a gentle but effective approach to treatment. And helps identify the cause as well as treat the symptoms. But in a realistic way in the context of a busy day to day life.
Katie
I started coming to Tivoli Chiropractic last month after sustaining a lower back injury. Lottie has been great, so helpful and supportive, and I’m already starting to feel much better than I was! Everyone I’ve come into contact with is so lovely and kind - you can tell that they really care about what they do. Couldn’t recommend more!
Josie
I have thoroughly enjoyed attending the pilates classes with Rachel. She is a fabulous teacher and I'm feeling much stronger and more confident.
Eva
I've been seeing McCoy for a few months now, and the difference to my mobility and pain has been astounding. It's like having a new back! Just knowing that there is an action plan for getting me in the best place I can be is a massive weight off my mind.
Andy
Tivoli Chiropractic Clinic is fantastic. Best treatment I have ever had. Staff are very friendly. The treatments I have been having are definitely making an improvement to my well being and movement. Lottie is thorough, supportive and I never feel like I’m being rushed. Treatment has been supported by exercises too. All round great experience.
